How long does shipping take?
US orders ship free and usually arrive in 2–10 business days. Canada, the UK and Europe: $6.99, free over $99, 8–16 business days. Rest of the world: 12–25 business days. Details in our Shipping Policy.
Can I return my order?
Customers in the EU, EEA and UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Everywhere else, sales are final except for damaged, defective or wrong items – contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes – within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped. See our Cancellation Policy.
How do sizes fit?
Footwear uses EU sizes. Some clothing uses Asian sizing, which can run 1–2 sizes smaller – every product page has a size guide, and if you are between two sizes we recommend the larger one.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed by Shopify over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card details.
